It’s time to jingle all the way to fitness with our special “12 Rounds of GRITmas” WOD. Led by the ever-energetic Coach Andrea, this workout is like unwrapping a different fitness gift every two minutes, and you’re invited to the festive fun – right on Zoom!
What’s Under the GRITmas Tree?
- 2:00 Rounds x 2 of varied, high-intensity exercises.
- Kick off with 10 Thrusters/10 Ballistic Rows to build strength and get your heart racing.
- Dive into a combo of 3 Swings/3 Cleans/3 Clean & Press L/R for a full-body challenge.
- Hit the floor for 8 Pushups/8 Situps – a classic core and upper-body duo.
- Unleash your inner warrior with a round of Shadow Fighting – a fun way to get moving.
- Balance it out with 5 3-pt Lunges on each side for lower body power.
- Finish each round with 5 Burpees/5 Skaters for that final push.
Coach Andrea will be there to guide, motivate, and maybe even share a holiday joke or two. It’s more than just a workout; it’s a celebration of strength, endurance, and the joy of the season.
