Reps: A descending ladder of excitement – 21-15-9-6-3. Remember, as the reps go down, the intensity ramps up!

Exercises:

  • Burpees: Oh yes, we’re starting with the classic heart racer!
  • Combo 1,8,3 Body K Right & Combo 1,2,7,4 Body K Left: Brush up on your combo moves and flow like water!
  • DKb Lunges & DKb Clean Squat Press: Double Kettlebell fun! Strength and technique in one!
  • Med Ball Sit-Ups: Core blasters to wrap it up.
