    Nuun is an awesome product. You can go to their Web site ([…]) to get the technical stuff, but the bottom line is it has what most other sports drink supplements offer EXCEPT the sugar. This is a very big difference to many.

    I believe hydrating and fueling should be independent of each other. Nuun allows me to hydrate according to the varying needs of each training session, without introducing sugars to my system. I can then manage my fueling (I only use Gu) in a controlled manner.

    It tastes good and the flavors mix well (try orange and berry in s 1:2 ratio). The bit of effervescence with Nuun is refreshing without stomach bloating. For Camelbak users, mix Nuun in a bottle overnight before filling your reservoir, to avoid swelling from the initial effervescence release.

    I highly recommend it, and this variety pack is a much better than buying 6 or 8 packs of individual flavors.

    I was VERY skeptical about this product, but a friend swore by it. While running in a 1/2 marathon in Aug 09, I drank only water and got extremely sick, likely due to electrolyte balance. I finally gave in and ordered an assortment of flavors of NUUN to try, based on my friends testamony. I have run with NUUN during my last three 9-15 mile runs and I could not believe how incredible I felt! Its like having my “battery” recharged while I am running! At first I didnt like the flavors, but now I love them and will never leave home without them. I only wish I had tried NUUN earlier, they are a “must have” for all runners

    I’m new to cycling, and experimenting with all kinds of hydration/nutrition products. This is definitely one of the best. You put 1 tablet in a 16 oz water bottle, and it dissolves very quickly. The taste of the lemon-lime is almost exactly like the lemonade-flavored Gatorade, but with 5 calories instead of over 100. That way I can get my carbs from a piece of fruit or a protein bar. Highly recommended.
