The Plan: We’re diving into 3 rounds of intensity with rep counts of 20-16-10. Here’s what you’re up against:
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats: Perfect for building that lower body strength.
- Step-Ups: Get those heart rates up with alternating legs to keep the balance and coordination in check.
- Push-Ups: A classic move for upper body resilience.
- Kettlebell Swings: Swing your way to a stronger back and glutes.
- 4 Kicks + 1 Squat: This combo not only tests your balance but also adds a fun, martial arts twist.
- KB Squat + Press: A full-body mover to get those muscles working in unison.
- Wrestler Sitouts: Great for agility and core strength.
Extra Spice: After each round, we’re adding a little extra with 100 jumping jacks and 30 up & down planks. This isn’t just about strength or stamina; it’s about pushing your limits and discovering what you’re truly capable of.
