    Whole pouch is about the size of a large wallet. Not a lot to it. Good to have with you for minor cuts and scrapes, but that’s about it. Certainly not going to help with any significant injuries. Probably better off building your own kit.

    I ordered this jump start first aid kit for my daughter, it’s a great starter kit and good to have in case of…..It has all the essentials and can be carried on your belt if you like to hike or bicycle up trails. It fits right into the glove compartment, which saves on space. It is a small kit, which can be upgraded to larger ones depending on travel, but it has all you need in a first aid emergency and you can purchase items on amazon to refill the kit once the items have been used.
