    Breach to muzzle. If you have a gun in which you can’t get a rod into the breach end because the reciever doesn’t break down like my Marlin 795 .22LR, I would recomend getting a BoreSnake! ?

    breach to muzzle , you don’t want to bring it back through though , it’s all about going with the grain of your? threading and not going against it

    Mr. Hickok great video. I’m a new subscriber. Which one is the proper procedure when cleaning the barrel using a cleaning rod w/ copper brush….1.? breach to the muzzle or 2. muzzle to the breach?

    A couple of things, first of all -Thanks for all the great videos! The guys at Guns and Leather are great, I find Break-Free CLP works well and also Kano Kroil ( made right here in Nashville)? but has a distinct sweet smell. I also use Wiha screwdrivers and love them. I know they are just opinions, but they are mine:) I can’t wait to get my AR-15 that’s on order! I hope you and your family have a prosperous and safe New Year!

    The video worked out great. I got out my table, cleaning supplies and new ar-15 and just followed along. Everything went back together like I was an old pro even though this is the first time I have cleaned? it or more so getting it ready for it’s first use tomorrow. Great video.

    Thank you Hickok45, All of your videos are great! if you get the time for it could you do a video? of you cleaning one of your wood and steel guns, every time you break out you Lee-Enfield is in great shape. Thanks again for all the great videos
