Krav Maga Experts Training & Self Defense Classes in New York City

Seven years ago, Tsahi invited me to come to New York and spread Krav Maga. I knew it would be an amazing adventure, but I could never have imagined the journey I would take. I had the pleasure of working with so many incredible students. Whether it was only a single lesson, or every day for years, being your instructor was a privilege.

You inspired me. You overcome struggles, you got out of your comfort zone. I learned your stories and I gained perspective.  I watched you grow stronger and more capable. You honored me by investing your time, the most precious resource you have, to learn from me. So much of the best in my life now was found at Krav Maga Experts.

One of the lessons I always pushed was to get out of your comfort zone. You should get used to nothing in Krav Maga, you should always be pushing yourself into new environments. I have always tried to lead by example. Over the pandemic, I had the time to realize it was time for me to live up to my own words and break out of the comfortable home I had created here. I’ll be leaving Krav Maga Experts, to work on some new projects.

I am so grateful to Tsahi for bringing me to New York and teaching me so much. I will never forget getting the worst flu when I first arrived. Even though my family was far away, Tsahi stepped in and let me sleep on his couch, giving me garlic to help me improve. I’m not sure if garlic is a miracle cure or the bad smell just scared the germs away, but it worked. Over the years, he has been a great boss and an instructor who challenged me to up my game.

This was not an easy decision, to leave such a life-changing place that has been so present in my life. For the last seven years, I have spent most of my waking hours at Krav Maga Experts, working with the best instructors and students. It has been a privilege to be part of your journey. It’s hard for me to say goodbye to students, especially those I’ve known for years. The KME team is fantastic and highly trained instructors who will challenge you to be better. I know I’m leaving you in the best possible hands. It was because of Tsahi’s example that I decided to push myself even further and expand to new projects, with his full support and encouragement.

I encourage you to keep training. Make the time for classes, and continue challenging yourselves to be healthy and safe. Stay determined on the path of self-improvement. You have the opportunity to learn from incredible instructors, and I hope you take it with both hands.

Stay safe and aware. Remember that situational awareness is the primary method of keeping yourself away from harm. Keep alert, establish boundaries, and if you must, you are well trained to use the skills to defend yourself.

Don’t be a stranger. I am still here for you, you can email me or find me on Instagram. I hope you’ll keep in touch and I will always remain a friend of Krav Maga Experts, here to support and cheer you on.

Thank you for being my students.
