Challenge Yourself with a Chipper And if that doesn’t get your blood pumping, brace yourself for the Chipper in 9?! Tackling everything from Thrusters to Hang Cleans and playful Toe Taps in plank, you’re in for a mix of power, agility, and endurance.
With the enigmatic Coach Serra leading the GRIT class, this workout promises not only a physical challenge but also heaps of fun. She’s known for her zest, enthusiasm, and her incredible knack for making every exercise feel like a party!
