This product acts as a handy pocket when you wear clothes that don’t have pockets, or just don’t want things to fall out of your pocket – like keys, fitness center membership card, credit card, cash, driver’s licence. It is small, but you can carry a few essential items with you on your wrist.

I got one of these from Fred Meyer about four or five years ago. It holds several cards, coins, receipts, even a small cell phone. It’s my full-time wallet and held up pretty well. The zipper gave up after a few years because, being my full-time wallet, I unzipped it every time I bought anything. If all you do is wear it on your wrist to the gym it should last a very long time. Since the zipper broke I’ve been keeping it in my back pocket and the fabric has withstood all the wear and tear really well.

If you have small enough feet you can also wear it on your ankle. The fabric stretches some but not as much as elastic. My feet are size 7.5 in US women’s and I can just get it over my heel onto my ankle. This is really convenient because a lot of ladies’ dressy/business outfits do not have pockets. If you’re like me, you don’t like to carry a purse. And depending on the outfit it may look odd to have on your wrist. So sometimes wearing it on the ankle is an ideal solution.

It’s reversible so you can choose which side of the wallet to show. I keep mine on the black side. Sometimes people will ask what happened to my wrist because they think it’s a brace. Then I explain it’s a wallet and they all think it’s really neat.

I love this product but it perforates after awhile, August 20, 2012

Like one of the other reviewers, I’m a wrist wallet “super-user;” it’s the only vessel I ever use to carry money and credit cards. I love it because it’s handsome and sporty, it’s not a place bag-snatchers or pick-pocketers are likely to look and I can go about my business while forgetting it’s there. (I’ve also been asked “what did you do to your wrist?” more times than I can count!)

What keeps me from giving this product my full endorsement is that after about a year of heavy use, the fabric develops tiny perforations that stretch over time. Then your keys poke out and after awhile small coins start to tumble out. I’m on my third or fourth replacement already. That being said, if you’re a light user who is really only looking for something to hold your valuables at a place like the gym, then I suspect this product will last you much longer. I’ve never had any problems with the zippers.
