Update 23:10 UTC, 2014/10/16The death toll due to blizzards and avalanches in Myagdi, Manang and Mustang has climbed to 32, The Himalayan Times reported. More than 118 persons who had been trapped have been rescued from various areas.Prime Minister, Sushil Koirala has directed the National Emergency Rescue Center to immediately move into action to rescue the victims and provide them with relief assistance in the Cabinet meeting.
