This recipe came from a recipe that showed up on my facebook page and I changed it some to fit what I had at home.2 lbs hamburger1 green pepper chopped1 red pepper chopped1/2 onion chopped2 T. Worcestershire sauceSalt and pepper6 sub rollsShredded cheese (8 oz) of your choice- I used an Italian blend of 4 cheesesPut a little butter or margarine in the pan with the chopped peppers and onion. Cook them just a little while– you do not have to cook them until they are completely soft just get them about half cooked. During most of my autumn courses I either run through how to make hawthorn ketchup or I have some on hand to try (preferable both!). This year I thought I would at least get round to having the recipe up whilst they are in season .
