We’ll kick things off with 50 lunges to get those legs fired up and ready for action. Next up, 25 box jumps will challenge your explosive power and coordination. Feeling the burn? That’s the trust in yourself building!

What about those calves? Fear not! 50 KB calf raises are coming your way. Prepare to feel the burn in all the right places.

Racked KB front squats are next on the agenda, targeting your quads, glutes, and core. You’ve got this!

Time to unleash your inner martial artist with 30 roundhouse kicks, 15 per leg. Kick it like a pro!

Let’s shift focus to your glutes with 50 glute bridges, an excellent exercise for building a strong posterior chain.

Looking to boost your agility? 25 jump lunges will do the trick, and you’ll feel like a fitness ninja!

Fire hydrants are up next, 25 per leg, to activate those hip abductors and improve hip mobility.

Ninja jumps, because, why not? Feel like a superhero as you conquer 25 reps.

Last but not least, 30 push kicks, 15 per leg, will leave you feeling fierce and accomplished.

Remember, it’s not about how many reps you do; it’s about trusting yourself to give it your all and have a blast along the way! Trust us; you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.
