Safety Disable Pin: Prevents an attacker from taking this stun gun away and using it on you. A strap worn around your wrist attaches to a disable pin on the bottom of the unit. If the stun gun is taken from you the pin will pull out, preventing it from working.

    It feels solid in my hand, and fits my hand well. I love how it’s all rubberized, so it’s not slick or easy to drop. The safety pin didn’t make sense to me, until I read in the package that it’s so the stun gun can’t be yanked out of your hand and used again. Well, let’s hope I can remember to slip the strap on my wrist in a hurry, but whatever. It keeps the kids from shocking each other when they find it.

    It is impressively loud and bright. There is a slight little whiff of electrical odor with the discharge. Right out of the box, it was ready to go. Charging cable included. The instructions specify that it shouldn’t be discharged into the air for more than a second or the unit can be damaged. Discharge into an assailant for as long as necessary, and it won’t hurt the gun.

    I asked my husband if he would let me test it on him, but he declined, saying something about idiots and youtube. I did find videos of it in use there.

    During some combat training we decided to give it a go. My friend Eddie who is 325lbs and over 6ft 5in volunteered to give this a go . Well let me tell you he fell like a ton of bricks. This vypertek will Definetly take out a threat

    I’ve had a stun gun in my purse for several years. My family and friends tease me about being the “stun gun bandit” so for Christmas, 2013 I ordered 15 of these stun guns and gave them to all the adults in my family and my work. Everyone loves them and have went on and on about how nice they are. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.
