Zero Compromise Optics (ZCO) is a company that specializes in the manufacturing of high-end optics, particularly rifle scopes. We had the pleasure of attending the 2023 Menton Sniper Competition at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, hosted by the Special Forces Sniper Detachment Instructors for the US ARMY 1st Special Forces Group. Mark L. & Dylan S., snipers from 1SFG, ran our ZC840 throughout the competition, over 5 days and 3 nights of shooting in inclement weather making visibility challenging for all the competitors.
At the end of the competition, they successfully secured a 2nd place finish. We thoroughly appreciate getting to participate and observe all the competitors, and we would also like to thank Hawkins Precision for expediting one of their Heavy Tactical One-Piece Scope Mounts on very short notice.
Beware, this is not a Christmas tree. By the looks of it, there’s a thermal or NV attachment in front of the ZCO840.
